In our ongoing efforts to best serve our members and our local community, sometimes we need to make adjustments to our schedule. Beginning tomorrow, Friday, January 24, 2014, the 12 noon Community Class will be removed from the regular schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
In order to accommodate delayed start times in most school districts today… We will have one Bikram Class at 11am… to replace or regularly scheduled 9:30am and 12:00 noon classes. Please stay safe, drive slowly but do come on in from the cold and warm up!
Practice IN the New Year! Your Wish is Our Pleasure We have changed the time of your New Year’s Eve class to allow for both “in-studio” AND “out-Studio” Celebrations! This New Year’s Eve, 10:30pm to 12:30am 9:00pm to 11:00pm Renee will teach an electrifying Vinyasa flow designed to de-stress, de-tox and de-program your body and mind and prepare for full engagement in the New Year. Then, of course, post class celebrations will ensue! Class will be $30, including celebration, and a minimum of 12 people are required to pre-register. Come in and be a part of the FIRST of what we believe will fast become your favorite New Year’s Eve tradition to Practice IN the New Year! Our 6pm class is on as scheduled, however the 7:30pm class is cancelled due to the continued snow and slippery conditions. Please drive carefully.
