TIME FOR TAO! Master Class with Tao Porchon-Lynch SATURDAY, MAY 26th, 2018 2-4pm At almost 100 years young, the Amazing Tao is recuperating well from her hip replacement surgery and will grace OUR Residence with HER Presence! A slight schedule change was required to allow Tao to be with us during daylight hours which are better for her. THE WORKSHOP Get ready to step up your yoga flow and learn directly from a master! Experience 99-years-young (will be 100 years young in August) Tao’s unique and accessible teachings first-hand. Use the four pillars of yoga: pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures), bandhas (energetic locks), and chakras (energy centers), to explore the rich potential of the body to renew, heal and revitalize. Practice Tao’s special “yoga tango” and learn subtle techniques. Walk away inspired, strengthened and renewed-ready to energize your practice and life. ABOUT TAO Tao Porchon-Lynch shows us what is possible and stirs all of us to reach our highest potential, regardless of age. In 2012, Tao was named “Oldest Yoga Teacher” by Guinness World Records. The twinkle in her eyes and the brightness of her spirit capture you. Her You Tube videos have garnered over two million views. THE DETAILS The workshop will be 2 hours from 2 to 4pm Saturday, May 26th, 2018. We require a minimum of 20 attendees to sign up in advance. Maximum capacity is 60 so don’t be shy! The advanced ticket price is $65 till May 24th then $75 from May 25th to May 26th.
