“I was excited about doing HIIT club from the minute it was introduced. I enjoy the fast pace of it, the driving base of the music, the encouragement of the instructors, and the fact that it’s a group based activity helps to push me to work harder and to keep going. I’ve seen changes in my strength from MYHIITCLUB and the other classes at YogaSpa, and body looks more toned and defined. I’m loving it and plan to do it as often as I can get to class. “
