HURRICANE SANDY WEATHER ALERT! In light of Hurricane Sandy’s approach and the closing of road ways and schools in our area, as well as the interest of safety for our members and staff, we have cancelled ALL classes on Monday, October 29th. We plan to have classes on Tuesday, October 30th, but please check back here or call the studio at anytime at 914 345 9642 for schedule updates. Any further cancellations will be posted here and on our Facebook page. Stay safe, stay home if you can and we will see you safely on the mat!
