LET OUR 21 DAY Mini Yoga Challenge help you to prepare for challenges of the holiday season MIND, BODY and SOUL! Challenge yourself to take 21 classes for the last 21 days before Thanksgiving. While true, the challenge is a commitment of time, it is more importantly a commitment to one’s health, wellness and spirit. Why do it? This Mini Challenge will also prepare you for YogaSpa’s annual Yoga Challenge in January where the benefits and rewards grow exponentially! Mini Challenge Dates:–November 5th – November 26th, 2014 Mini Challenge Class Card:–21 Classes for $147 ($7/class!) Mini Challenge Guidelines You are required to do 21 classes in 21 days. It is helpful to identify a Challenge “buddy” to help support each other throughout the Challenge period. You will need to purchase Mini Challenge Class Card to participate. As a mini challenge participant, we will put your current membership on hold while you use your Mini Challenge Class Card. Within the 21 day period you will be able to take two doubles (2 classes in a day) should you miss a day. We suggest that you do no more than 2 doubles within the challenge period. Triples (3 classes in a day) are not allowed.
